WHOLESALE TERMS

Welcome to 26Gem Minerals. These Wholesale Terms govern all wholesale transactions conducted through our website, email, phone, invoice, or direct arrangements.

1. Wholesale Eligibility

Wholesale purchasing is available to qualified buyers including retailers, lapidary professionals, jewelry manufacturers, resellers, and approved trade partners. We reserve the right to request business verification, resale certificates, or additional documentation before granting wholesale access.

2. Nature of Products

26Gem Minerals supplies natural gemstones and mineral materials sourced primarily from Africa. Products include rough gemstones, lapidary materials, tumbling stones, specimen minerals, and related materials. Due to the natural origin of these products, variations in color, size, inclusions, structure, and appearance are expected and are not considered defects.

3. Product Categories &​amp; Grading

Products may be classified as:

  • Gem Quality (Facet Grade)
  • Cabochon Grade
  • Lapidary Grade
  • Tumbling Grade
  • Specimen Grade
  • Mixed or Commercial Grade

All grading is based on internal trade standards unless otherwise specified.

4. Pricing

Prices may be listed per gram, kilogram, piece, or parcel. All prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes are valid only for the stated period.

5. Minimum Orders

Wholesale orders may require minimum quantities or values. These will be communicated at the time of sale.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Approved clients may receive invoice terms at our discretion.

7. Tax-Exempt Sales

Buyers claiming resale status must provide a valid reseller permit before purchase. Without valid documentation, applicable sales tax will be charged.

8. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to accept, reject, or modify any order.

9. Inspection

Buyers must inspect goods within 3 business days of receipt and report any issues.

10. Returns

Wholesale sales are generally final. Returns may only be accepted in cases of confirmed error or damage.

11. Shipping &​amp; Risk

Risk transfers to buyer once goods are handed to the carrier.

12. Special Orders

Custom sourcing may require deposits and may be non-refundable.

13. Availability

Supply depends on mining and sourcing conditions and is not guaranteed.

14. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

15. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of Washington State.
