What is the minimum order?
Listed gemstones start at 5 grams. Checkout also requires a total of at least $100.
Is shipping calculated at checkout?
Shipping is not included in the per-gram price. It is confirmed from destination, weight, and courier after you submit the order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to buyers outside the United States and work with couriers suited to the parcel.
Can I inquire before buying?
Yes. Every product page has an inquiry form for availability, quality, larger quantities, or more photographs.
Can I request bulk supply?
Yes. Use the bulk supply form or write to office@26gem.com. The supply team aims to answer within six hours on business days.
Can I ask for more photos or video?
Yes. Mark that option on the product inquiry, or ask in the message.
Do you offer custom sourcing?
Yes. If a mineral or quality is not listed, send a custom sourcing request. Curators reply within 48 business hours.
How are gemstones priced?
Usually per gram, sometimes per kilogram for a parcel. The price on the product page is the current supply price.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards through Stripe, PayPal, and, for larger bulk orders, an invoice arranged with the desk. Payment is confirmed before a charge is taken.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–5 business days. Transit depends on destination and courier.
What are your hours?
